How to order ahead using the Lori's on the Go! App

Order Ahead for Pick Up or Delivery

Ordering ahead and picking up a quick snack or having one delivered to you in the hospital has never been easier, thanks to the Lori's on the Go! App. Here is how to do it:

Install the App

First, you'll need to install the Lori's on the Go! App on your device. Whether you are on an iPhone or an Android installation is easy.

Select "Add to Homepage" or "Install App"

Select a Location

Select the location you'd like to order from. You'll only have to do this the first time you use the app. The app will remember your settings the next time you order.

Order Ahead

Place your order on the go for snacks, drinks, meals and more! Pay using Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal or your credit card. Once the order is placed the order will be sent to the Lori's Marketplace location you've selected and your order will be prepared.

** There is no charge for delivery if the order total is over $10. A $2.00 delivery fee will be charged for all orders under $10. **

Please be aware that the order cut-off is 1 hour before the store closes for the day. Please contact the location you're ordering from to confirm store hours. If the store is closed you will be notified of the store hours when you open the Lori's on the Go! App.

Pick Up or Delivery

If you've decided to pick up your order should be ready within 30 minutes for you to pick it up. Simply make your way to the Lori's on the Go! store in our facility and give them your name.

If you've requested delivery please give the staff 30 minutes to prepare your order and bring it to your specified location.

Step by Step Instructions for Ordering Ahead for Pick Up

  • Step 1: Open the App
  • Step 2: Select your location
  • Step 3: Select your order
  • Step 4: Select pick up or delivery
  • Step 4: Place your order
  • Step 5: Pick up your order 30 minutes after ordering or await your delivery to the specified delivery location
